2. What data we collect

Account data: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (stored securely via Supabase authentication).

Audio data: When you use voice dictation, your audio is sent to our server for transcription. Audio is processed in real time and is not stored after transcription is complete.

Text data: When you use the rewriting or summary features, your text is sent to our server for processing. It is not stored after the result is returned.

Usage data: We track dictation usage (seconds used) to enforce plan limits. We do not track which websites you visit or the content of your dictations.

3. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide the Geloxio service: account management, voice transcription, text rewriting, summarization, and usage tracking. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

Supabase — authentication and database hosting.

Stripe — payment processing for Pro subscriptions. We do not store your payment card details.

Vercel — application hosting.

5. Browser extension

The Geloxio browser extension operates on web pages you visit to provide voice dictation in text fields. The extension does not collect browsing history, track your activity, or access page content beyond inserting transcribed text into the active text field. Audio recorded through the extension is sent to the Geloxio API for transcription and is not stored.

6. Data retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Audio and text submitted for processing are not stored after the response is returned. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Your rights

8. Cookies

Geloxio uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
